Job summary

Munters seeks a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. This position is remote from home with light travel for refurbishment and modernization projects across the installation base.

You’ll manage service sales activities, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineering and applications teams to ensure RFE viability. Regional travel covers FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, and TX, with commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to effectively manage projects.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations (RFE) in the Southeast region.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals and create customer quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability and profitability.
• Develop relationships with key customers and sales channels in the region.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
