Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager to lead service sales for refurbishment and modernization projects in the Southeast region. The role requires coordinating with customers, engineers, and sales staff to prepare quotes and maximize service revenue.

Expect 1–2 trips per quarter, with trips lasting 3–5 days. Responsibilities include establishing regional customer relationships, preparing RFE estimates, and ensuring projects meet cost and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 1–2 trips per quarter for 3–5 days each.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations in the Southeast region.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for RFE projects.
• Develop relationships with key customer contacts in the region.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
