Key People is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Southeast US from a home-based territory. The role targets expanding OEM and distribution, building strong customer relationships, and guiding programs from development through production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management skills and familiarity with the product development process.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement an annual sales business plan to achieve targets within the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to ensure sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular client visits, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide comprehensive account management from technical development to production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account status updates.
