Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southeast US. The role focuses on expanding OEM and distribution channels within a home-based territory, leveraging a proven power supply sales background.

You will develop annual business plans, manage accounts, and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success. Domestic and international travel up to 50% is expected, with a base salary of $90K–$120K plus commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in power supply.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and familiarity with product development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales plans for the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development through production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts and account status reports.
