Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates in the Southeast US is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our power supply OEM and distribution efforts from a home-based territory. You will build robust customer relationships, develop annual sales plans, and drive growth across the designated market.

The role requires proven outdoor sales experience in power sources, strong program management, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. A technical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Proven experience managing manufacturers' representatives.
• Strong program management skills and familiarity with the product development process.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customers to ensure sales and satisfaction goals are met.
• Conduct regular client visits and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide comprehensive account management from initial development through production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic reports including sales forecasts and account status updates.
