Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in electrical industry preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Expands and maintains potential and current national and regional distribution accounts.
• Meets regional sales target by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and analyzing variances.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a plan and quotas for districts to support national goals.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling regional sales reps and building rapport with key customers.
• Recommends product lines by identifying opportunities and market needs; tracks competitors.
• Implements trade promotions by publishing and evaluating trade spending.
• Keeps knowledge current by education and networking.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with territory independent sales reps.
