UL Solutions seeks a dynamic Lighting sales professional in the Southern California region. The role emphasizes remote interfacing with customers, managing a portfolio of accounts, and landing new logos while coordinating with engineering and fulfillment teams.

You will travel up to 50% and use CRM and MS Office tools to plan strategies, track opportunities, and achieve aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of related sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of Lighting products and components.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% monthly.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategy to prioritize accounts and grow new logos.
• Interface with Lighting customers remotely via video, phone, and email.
• Drive sales process with guidance from internal teams.
• Transition closed deals to fulfillment teams for seamless delivery.
• Support leadership with multi-year account plans in TIC Lighting.
