Job summary

ELANTAS North America is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in the West region. This remote, home-office role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, expanding existing accounts, and opening new ones while collaborating with regional teams.

You will apply your knowledge of the Electrical/Electronics industry, leverage SAP and MS Office, and travel extensively to meet customers and partners. A proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in the Electrical/Electronics industry preferred.
• 3+ years as an Account Manager with proven sales results.
• Proven ability to manage key customers, including global footprints.
• Solid understanding of the North American electrical/electronics industry.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP experience helpful.
• Willing to travel extensively and hold a valid passport.
• Proven sales growth and opportunity hunting.

Responsibilities

• Represent ELANTAS North America in the assigned region.
• Grow market share and create entry points at targeted new accounts.
• Position ELANTAS products and solutions to customer needs.
• Develop annual sales forecast for the market.
• Travel extensively and work remotely from home office within the West region.
