Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Bayou District (S. TX, LA, MS) to lead regional sales efforts. You will manage relationships with electrical distributors, develop territory plans, and coordinate with Manufacturer’s Representatives to expand market share.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years sales experience in the Electrical or related industry.
• Previous experience working in sales as a regional or territory sales manager.
• Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry.
• Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
• Appropriate product knowledge and ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support NSI Industries' relationship with electrical distribution partners in the territory.
• Lead development of market share in the region using proven sales techniques.
• Strategic account planning and execution with our agent network.
• Schedule in-person and virtual meetings with customers to identify opportunities.
• Assemble a target list of distributors and contractors in the region.
• Prospect distribution and contractors to seek new business.
• Analyze competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve KPI targets for revenue and profitability as directed by the Regional VP.
• Network with local businesses and build lasting relationships.
• Attend industry events to advance NSI's interests.
• Collaborate with other regional and national account managers.
• Develop into a regional Champion with knowledge of industry news.
• Prepare presentation content for in-person or virtual delivery.
