Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow aftermarket parts and service sales across a Southeast US municipal territory. You will craft long-term relationships with customers and build quotes to drive project opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, knowledge of the municipal water treatment market, Salesforce CRM experience, and up to 50% travel. Compensation includes base plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in a science‑related field required.
• 5+ years of B2B experience selling complex products and solutions.
• Knowledge of the municipal water treatment market.
• Aftermarket Parts and service experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales territory, account plans and customer engagement to achieve targets.
• Prepare and present a monthly funnel review using SFDC.
• Prepare and present monthly forecasts with opportunity dates, values, and probabilities in SFDC.
• Collect and report information on competitive activity, opportunities, trends, and results.
• Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, calls, seminars, and channel management.
• Collaborate with other teams to plan and solve problems.
