Right Way Reps is seeking an experienced Southeast Territory Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing multiple premium pet brands throughout the Southeast Territory.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the independent pet industry, thrives on building relationships, enjoys traveling, and is driven by helping both brands and retailers succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pet industry.
• Proven outside sales and territory management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in training retail teams and product education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales for multiple pet brands in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent retailers and distributors.
• Execute brand sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-store visits, product presentations, and sales calls.
• Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices.
• Partner with brand partners to execute sales initiatives and growth objectives.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and territory activity.
• Represent Right Way Reps at trade shows and retailer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional service.
