Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Central Midwest. This remote role covers Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska, with travel averaging 75% annually.

You will identify new stores, grow key accounts, and support distribution relationships to drive sales and brand presence in independent pet channels. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the Pet Industry selling to retailers at store level.
• 3 years of experience selling through distributor sales reps.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new stores within your assigned territory across the Central Midwest.
• Manage and grow territory level accounts through HQ relationships and joint business planning.
• Build and maintain distribution and store-level relationships with excellent service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, manage trade spend and travel budget, drive product adoption.
