Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a proactive recruiter to source and qualify independent (1099) agents for our captive distribution network. You will build and maintain talent pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate interview processes with field leaders to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring experience.

You will manage candidates from initial qualification through offer acceptance and appointment, collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Qualifications
