Horace Mann is seeking an experienced Field Sourcing Recruiter to grow our Worksite Division network of captive 1099 agents. This fully remote role emphasizes proactive candidate sourcing, pipeline building, and engaging qualified prospects, with travel limited to occasional meetings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple platforms.
• Maintain high recruiting activity with 25 candidate conversations per week.
• Screen and qualify candidates for agent opportunities.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Meet annual hiring goals (40 agents per year).
• Collaborate with field leaders to ensure timely decisions.
• Track recruiting activity and report metrics.
