Job summary

Chase Winters Worldwide is seeking experienced Independent Recruiters (1099) to join our nationwide network. This is a 100% commission-only contract role designed for entrepreneurial recruiters who want total scheduling freedom without the burden of cold-calling clients.

You will source and place candidates, manage full-cycle recruiting, leverage existing job orders, and coordinate interviews through offers.
