Horace Mann is seeking an experienced Field Sourcing Recruiter to grow the Worksite Division network of captive 1099 agents. This fully remote role focuses on proactively sourcing candidates, building pipelines, and engaging prospects, with periodic travel for events as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a results-driven approach. You will partner with Field Leaders and other recruiters to move talent through the process and meet

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet recruiting metrics.

Mansioni

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, Wall Street Jobs, referrals, and other platforms.
Maintain high recruiting activity; 25 qualified conversations weekly and 7–8 candidates weekly to Field Leader interviews.
Screen and qualify candidates; assess alignment with Horace Mann’s agent opportunity.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and appointment.
Meet annual hiring goals (min 40 agents per year).
