Job summary

Horace Mann is looking for a seasoned recruiter to develop and execute sourcing strategies for captive 1099 agents using platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Appcast. You will drive outreach, screening, and qualification, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.

You will partner closely with field leaders and monitor recruiting metrics to ensure annual hiring goals are met, including at least 40 agent appointments per year.
