Horace Mann is seeking an experienced Field Sourcing Recruiter to grow its Worksite Division network of captive 1099 agents. This fully remote role emphasizes proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and engaging qualified prospects while coordinating with partner recruiters for next steps.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct outreach, screen candidates, and help meet annual hiring goals by presenting strong candidates and advancing them through the process.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Experience with lead generation and passive candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build talent pipelines for 1099 agents.
• Screen, engage, and qualify candidates for Horace Mann's agent opportunity.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Track metrics and report recruiting activity regularly.
