Job summary

Grafana Labs is a 100% remote company delivering the open observability cloud and managed Grafana Cloud. The Solutions Engineer role drives customer education, demos, enablement, and ongoing engagement to ensure success and growth.

You will work with Sales to qualify and close opportunities while translating customer requirements into Grafana solutions. The position requires 5+ years in technical pre-sales, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a strong technical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across remote teams and customers.
• Ability to articulate Grafana value proposition and technical advantages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering based on customer interactions.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and challenges.
• Create enablement content and contribute to knowledge bases.
