- Experience with Open Source technologies or metrics/monitoring.
- Strong communication and collaboration across remote teams.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into customer value.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset.
Responsabilités
- Partner with Sales to communicate the company's value proposition and strategy
- Own technical engagement with customers to support and close high-velocity opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
- Proactively communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Drive product discussions based on customer interactions; enhance documentation and create enablement materials such as blog posts and videos
