Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Consulting Solution Architect - Digital Experience to shape customer-facing digital solutions that align technology with business goals. This remote role partners with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft scoped offerings and guide solution design.

Experience with unified communications and hands-on MS Teams/Webex knowledge are required. Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to write statements of work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of experience or 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or post-sale delivery roles.
• Deep technical expertise in digital experience and unified communications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, and related solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write statements of work and define solution scope.
• Experience with state and local customers and understanding of public-sector buying processes is a plus.
