Ladders is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team remotely in the United States. The role partners with Account Executives to shape technical strategy across opportunities and guide customers through evaluation, PoC, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Strong hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
• Solid understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery sessions to map customer architecture and pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for customers.
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes.
• Support hands-on deployment and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Work with customers on logs, metrics, traces, and cloud environments.
• Explain the platform's architecture and value to diverse audiences.
• Identify technical risks and guide customers toward successful decisions.
