Ladders is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer, Data Products to join a leader in Information Technology. This remote role partners with sales and account teams to guide technical evaluations and shape customer solutions from discovery through close.

The ideal candidate translates complex data capabilities into business value for technical and executive stakeholders, delivering compelling demos and strong technical guidance to help prospects make confident decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting for technical B2B products in data infrastructure or analytics.
• Proven track record of evaluations leading to decisions, not indefinite pilots.
• Experience engaging with both technical and business leaders, including CEOs and CFOs.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical sales process from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on strategy and deal planning.
• Evaluate customer base to identify product readiness.
• Lead technical discovery to translate needs into solution designs.
• Deliver customized demos linking capabilities to outcomes.
• Scope and manage proofs of concept with defined success criteria.
• Build business cases comparing TCO and ROI against in-house solutions.
• Map customers to products based on current and future needs.
• Address objections related to architecture, security, and integration.
• Create reusable evaluation plans and technical collateral for the sales team.
