Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Public Sector - East to serve as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements. You will help shape adoption strategies for public sector customers from a remote location in the United States, guiding technical evaluations and defining success criteria.

You will partner with sales and internal teams to demonstrate business value, influence product direction, and drive improvements in regulated environments. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles with U.S. public sector focus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies in regulated environments.
• Ability to link technology solutions to business outcomes and guide senior stakeholders.
• Proven communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, including familiarity with solutions architect resources and enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Engage public sector customers with technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process
• Collaborate with sales to develop and implement account strategies for solution adoption
• Own the technical evaluation process and manage proof of concept and value deliverables
• Develop customer success plans detailing technical success criteria and deployment strategies
• Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to advocate for the solution
• Act as a customer voice internally to influence product and marketing initiatives
• Conduct value stream assessments to enhance software delivery
