Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interacting with customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build executive relationships.
• Creative problem solver who translates complex business problems into solutions.
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts and can engage executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers, tracking customer profile, business problems and roadmaps to optimize account success.
• Lead value-based demonstrations, standard and customized, for diverse stakeholder needs.
• Understand and guide customers' technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
• Develop partnerships with aligned account executives and discuss pipeline and opportunities.
