Job summary

1Password is hiring a remote Solutions Engineer (Mid‑Market) in the United States. You’ll act as a strategic technical advisor to customers and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, leading discovery, tailored demonstrations, and solution design to address goals and requirements.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, shape solutions, and coach GTM teams. This role offers remote work with travel up to 25% and a competitive benefits package, including

Qualifications

4+ years in customer-facing technical sales or solutions engineering in B2B.
Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, identity security or SaaS sales.
Knowledge of PAM and IGA concepts.
Ability to translate tech concepts into business value.
Strong presentation, communication and cross-functional collaboration.
MEDDPICC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, qualification and tailored demos for Mid-Market customers.
Design solutions aligned to customer goals and decision criteria.
Define technical success criteria and align stakeholders in the sales process.
Coach Account Executives on product capabilities and messaging.
Educate customers on 1Password product suite with cross-functional collaboration.
Share knowledge and mentor teammates within Solutions Engineering.
Travel up to 25% as needed.
