1Password is hiring an Intermediate Developer to join the Enterprise Tenants and Policies team. This remote role supports multi-tenancy, policy management, and admin experiences across US/Canada. You will evolve microservices while collaborating with authentication, insights, and managed service partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with a modern backend language (Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Demonstrated practice of software development best practices and coding standards.
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication across teams and with non-technical partners.
• Passion for testing methodologies and debugging to ensure high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software for enterprise features.
• Build features supporting multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and admin console.
• Contribute to transition from monolith to microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in planning and design reviews.
• Write comprehensive tests and review code to maintain high quality.
