Job summary

1Password is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to join the Enterprise Tenants and Policies team, helping evolve policy services for multi-tenant enterprise usage. You will work across microservices, contributing to admin experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with a modern backend language (Go/Node.js/Ruby/Python)
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Experience with testing methodologies and debugging to ensure high-quality code
• Comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
• Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
• Contribute to the transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle
• Coordinate with partner teams on authentication/authorization, insights, and managed service providers
• Mentor junior team members and participate in planning and problem solving
• Write comprehensive tests and review code to maintain high quality
• Generate and review documentation to ensure scalability
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
• Be available for on-call rotational work
