Job summary

1Password LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to own a strategic territory in the US. You will lead enterprise security discussions, build executive relationships, and close multi‑product platform opportunities with large, high‑growth accounts.

You will drive complex, 4–6 month sales cycles, engage CISOs and IT leaders, and expand 1Password’s footprint across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, and related offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 and high growth companies (500+ employees).
• Experience carrying $1M+ annual quotas and closing multi‑product opportunities.
• Proven success selling enterprise platforms and cross‑sell across multi‑year agreements.
• Strong executive presence with C‑suite and technical audiences.
• Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sophisticated account/territory plans for high‑value prospects and customers.
• Create executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders to accelerate access and credibility.
• Identify whitespace, displacement opportunities, and expansion chances across identity security and related platforms.
• Build the pipeline, maintain engagement, and drive deal velocity to meet or exceed quotas.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles spanning security, IT, DevOps, and finance teams.
