Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 governance tooling.

You will guide customers through governance, strategies, and lifecycle management while delivering secure, scalable agent patterns. The role emphasizes hands-on development across Copilot Studio, Foundry, Azure, and Power Platform, with focus on governance, security, and reusable assets to advance SHI’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or related cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry for agent development.
• Strong governance, security, and lifecycle management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Develop and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry, including orchestration and grounding.
• Lead agent governance and environment strategy across Power Platform and Azure.
• Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligned to customer requirements.
• Ensure secure and governed agent environments with identity and data access controls.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, and integrations.
