Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to lead enterprise agent implementations using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder.

This hands-on role focuses on building declarative and custom agents and integrating enterprise systems. You will guide customers through governance, security, and lifecycle management, configure Power Platform environments, and ensure scalable, compliant agent delivery across Azure and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Four or more years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise agent solutions across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Governance, security, and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Guide customers through governance, deployment, and enablement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
