Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solution Advisor to lead post‑implementation engagements for enterprise customers and serve as the primary face of the company. You will configure client requirements with product expertise and drive adoption without deep coding.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to feed client feedback into the roadmap and work with Account Management to ensure long‑term account health and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.
• Direct experience with ERP/Procurement tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations while driving value and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-implementation engagements as the primary client contact and expansion lead.
• Configure client requirements with minimal coding, acting as a product expert.
• Deliver high-impact adoption training and enable customers to operate independently.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate feedback into roadmaps.
• Partner with Account Management to maintain long-term account health and renewals.
