Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for our Developer Platform focused on startups and cloud-native businesses. You will engage with founding engineers, CTOs, and developers to translate customer goals into the full breadth of our platform capabilities, including pre‑sales discovery, demos, and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Solutions Engineer or technical customer-facing role, ideally in developer-led, cloud-native, or startup environments.
Ability to discuss architecture, APIs, and platform design credibly without coding daily.
Strong discovery instincts and comfort in agile, fast-moving sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery within the cloud‑developer vertical to uncover customer ship goals and platform fit.
Join early discovery calls, help qualify deals, and stay embedded with customer teams through cycles.
Map customer initiatives to the company developer platform and present tailored technical content and demos.
Develop relationships with customer engineers, founders, and CTOs to drive adoption of the platform.
Lead demos, proof‑of‑concept builds, and architecture discussions for prospects and customers.
Evangelize the developer platform across customer organizations and at industry events.
Create reference architectures, demos, and knowledge-sharing content.
