Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a District Solutions Consulting team, guiding technical strategy and customer engagements across security domains. You will mentor staff, shape solutions, and ensure value realization for our clients’ security investments.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, drive platformization efforts, and travel 50-75% within the region to stay close to customers and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Senior System Engineer/Specialist experience.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap awareness.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation technologies.
• Partner with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Solutions Consultants into the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members; keep them engaged.
• Support field Solutions Consultant team in evaluations and complex environments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins.
• Define development plans for team members.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams.
