Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales/sales engineering or graduate of the Palo Alto Networks Academy Program.
• Skilled in networking, network security, cybersecurity, private/public cloud security, SOC/endpoint or SASE.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
• Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders in customer-facing or internal roles; prior pre-sales experience is ideal.
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Understanding of sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions.
• This is a field sales position with travel may be required; discuss specifics with recruiter.
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and map to high-level designs across the PANW portfolio.
• Drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform, building relationships to improve productivity, security, and flexibility.
• Conduct discovery to articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialists for implementation and adoption.
• Deliver clear presentations and customer-specific demos, and run technical engagements and workshops.
• Lead technical validation efforts to win opportunities using best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to present a cohesive strategy and drive a one-team approach.
• Promote end-to-end solutions including PANW and partner services to realize value sooner.
• Differentiate PANW in the cybersecurity space continuously.
