Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge our technical portfolio with client needs and educate customers on solutions aligned to business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor and collaborate with the sales team to design and execute plans that drive quota and successful outcomes.

You will build relationships with IT leaders, demonstrate End User Computing and Digital Transformation knowledge, and partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Present our Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value.
• Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends.
