Omnissa is a leading AI-driven digital work platform seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs. You will own end-to-end technical relationships and communicate the value of our portfolio to customers.

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, you will drive outcomes, influence product direction, and expand account value through strong demos and strategic engagements. This is a remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer environment and align with the right solutions.
• Provide input on opportunities with sales in account planning and proposals for technical closure.
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing and Digital Transformation.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Present our technology vision and value proposition to executives and technical audiences.
• Drive meetings and influence decisions through demos and technical discussions.
• Own accounts with thought leadership and customer-centric focus.
• Share market knowledge and adapt product positioning to customer needs.
