Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite and Revenue team. You will master our products, run demos, study system architecture, security and implementation needs, and guide buyers through the sales process with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to capture market voice and shape pilot opportunities. Strong cross-functional skills and experience with benefits tech are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape proposed solution around each buyer's needs and provide tailored demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, SSO) and security considerations to customers.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
