Job summary

Jellyvision is redefining how organizations manage benefits with ALEX Home. As a Solutions Consultant, you will master our decision-support tools, demo environments, and security requirements, becoming the go-to product expert for sales, brokers and partners.

You’ll support discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver in-depth demos while collaborating with Marketing and Product to reflect market needs. This role offers a remote-friendly culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos, and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution to buyer needs and become a SME in ALEX Home.
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO; address security considerations.
• Provide input on RFPs and support plan design analysis with Proposal & Deal Desk.
