Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote-based, nationwide role. You will translate business needs into configured workflows, document solutions, and support no-code/low-code platforms, AI-enabled initiatives, and enterprise delivery.

In this role you will gather requirements, document processes, work with developers to estimate and build solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of IT business and information environment analysis experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, bridging business and technical teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs for client consumption.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current/future processes; create delivery tasks.
• Configure no-code software platforms; support testing and release readiness.
• Extract data from disparate systems for BI to improve processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and manage multiple projects with problem-solving.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
