Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote-based role. You will support no-code/low-code platforms, automate workflows, and gather requirements with stakeholders nationwide.

You will document current and future-state processes, configure components, and help ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, user needs, and compliance. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis across processes and systems.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and oral communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with data management and reporting practices.
• Ability to assemble Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents quickly.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document current and future processes, and coordinate input.
• Configure no-code software platforms and validate solutions.
• Support testing, release readiness, and operational rollout.
• Extract data from disparate systems to enable BI improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure on-time milestones.
