Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions on a remote basis.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure components, test, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure delivery aligned with business objectives, user needs, compliance, and operational readiness. Strong cross-team collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis across environments and processes.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs under time pressure.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather requirements, document current/future processes, and coordinate delivery tasks.
• Configure solution components and work with developers on estimates and builds.
• Extract data from disparate systems to derive meaningful BI insights.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
