Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions across Health IT initiatives. You will translate business needs into configured workflows, prepare documentation, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will gather requirements, configure solutions, test readiness, and support release management while aligning to business objectives and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs with limited client time.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and prepare implementation plans.
• Configure solution components and assist with testing and release readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
