Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst to support no-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into configurations, documentation, and actionable delivery tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure platforms, and support testing and release readiness. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and ongoing process

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel, PowerPoint, and Word materials for clients with tight timelines.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes.
• Configure no-code software platforms and automation workflows.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and estimate/build solutions with developers.
• Support testing, release readiness, and operational improvements.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and high-profile clients.
