Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote-based role with nationwide access. You will support no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into configured workflows and documentation.

You will gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, configure components, and coordinate inputs across clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely milestones and optimal delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT business and information environments analysis.
• Exceptional written and oral communication across business and technical teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Experience with machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create documentation, work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Configure no-code software platforms.
• Extract data to improve business processes and BI insights.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support testing, release readiness, and operational readiness reviews.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
