Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote-based role open nationwide. You will support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise application delivery, translating business needs into configured workflows and actionable tasks.

You will gather requirements, document current and future processes, configure components, assist testing, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and ensure solutions align with business

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis experience across processes and events.
• Strong written and oral communication for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management and modeling concepts.
• Experience with machine learning and AI features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document processes, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Configure no-code platforms and support testing and release readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Extract data from disparate systems to improve business processes and BI.
• Respond to blockers and support knowledge transfer across teams.
