Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions across Health IT initiatives.

You will gather requirements, document current and future processes, configure components, assist testing, and coordinate stakeholder inputs to ensure readiness and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years analyzing IT business and information environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data management including collection, storage and usage.
• Ability to build Excel/PowerPoint/Word documents under time constraints.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiar with life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into configured workflows and documentation.
• Configure no-code software platforms.
• Extract data from disparate systems to inform decisions.
• Gather requirements and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Support testing and release readiness; coordinate stakeholder input.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
