Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support planning, configuration, and delivery of technology-enabled solutions. The role focuses on no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-powered improvements across healthcare IT environments.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure components, support testing and coordinate stakeholder input to ensure solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of relevant IT business and information environments analysis.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with focus on communicating technical concepts with mixed teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word documentation on tight timelines.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly and quickly.
• Familiarity with life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, configuration, documentation, testing, release readiness and improvement of technology-enabled business solutions.
• Translate business needs into configured workflows, solution documentation, implementation plans and actionable tasks.
• Configure no-code software platforms and extract data from disparate systems for BI insights.
• Coordinate with clients, service areas and vendors to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Ensure solution architecture aligns with business goals and compliance expectations.
• Assist in test planning, estimation, and execution, including defect tracking.
• Support release management and end-user documentation.
