Signature Performance in the United States is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into configured workflows, create documentation, and plan implementations across multiple stakeholders.

This role emphasizes requirements gathering, testing support, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with data management and analytics.
• Ability to assemble Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents quickly.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiarity with life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document current and future-state processes.
• Configure no-code software platforms and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems for BI insights.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure operational readiness.
• Provide briefing materials to executives and stakeholders.
• Support testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
