Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will support no-code and low-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise IT delivery, translating business needs into configured workflows and actionable tasks.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure components, support testing, coordinate input from stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data management and modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure no-code/low-code platforms and workflow automation.
• Gather requirements and document current/future processes.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness and delivery tasks.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
